1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 large can enchilada sauce
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10-16 flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl combine sour cream, chicken, 1/2 of cilantro and 1/3 of the enchilada sauce and 1/2 if cheese.
In a greased baking pan spread out 1/3 of enchilada sauce. Roll filling into tortillas. Place into baking pan. Cover with the remaining enchilada sauce and top with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes. remove the foil for the last 10 minutes
